Ireland India Council partners with National Flight Centre
We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the National Flight Centre (NFC), South Asia to promote world-class aviation training, student and faculty exchanges, and career pathways linking Ireland and South Asia.
About the partnership
The Ireland India Council (IIC) and the National Flight Centre (NFC) have joined forces to build a practical, sustainable pipeline for aviation education, workforce development, and bilateral exchange. By combining NFC’s technical training infrastructure across IIC’s network of academic, industry, and regulatory partners in India, Southeast Asia, the partnership will deliver accredited courses, internships, and mobility opportunities for students and professionals.
Career Pathways
We will work with airlines, MROs and aviation services companies to provide 100 per cent quality employment for our qualifying cadets.

Quality, Accreditation & Safety
All programmes will be developed to meet applicable aviation authority standards and to align with recognised international best practice. The partnership will prioritise safety, regulatory compliance and continuous assessment of training outcomes.

International Students
We very much welcome International Students at NFC. Students from China, Kuwait and Nigeria are currently undergoing training at NFC. We provide full support for Visa applications.
At National Flight Centre Pilot Academy our unrivalled aviation expertise is built on decades of experience. We are one of Europe’s most respected and longest established flight training academies. Approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), we have been training airline pilots at National Flight Centre since 1977.
Our Pilot Academy offers a wide range of flight training courses including an Airline Transport Pilots Licence (ATPL) integrated/full-time course where students can earn ATPL (frozen) in 24 months.
Our graduate pilots enjoy successful careers as Captains, First Officers, Training Captains and Type Rating Examiners with world leading airlines including Aer Lingus, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Cityjet, Easyjet, Emirates, and Ryanair.
