13:00 to 14:00 Vegetarian Indian lunchv
14:00 to 15:00 Shavasana & Raj Yoga Meditation
15:00 to 15:30 Mindfulness and Neuroscience
15:30 to 16:00 Conclusion, Feedback and Certificate distribution
Beginners and regular yoga practitioners are invited to take part in this workshop to experience life-changing, peace enhancing holistic Yoga and Mindfulness meditation to celebrate International Day of Yoga facilitated by Indian Yoga and Meditation experts coming straight from the east.
Breakfast:
Fresh juice, water, green tea, herbal tea, milk, coffee cereals, bread, potato with cumin seeds, goat cheese, fruits, cucumber, tomatoes, honey etc.
Lunch:

- Dal Makhani ( green lentils, kidney beans cooked with herbs, onion, ginger and light spices)
